Placement Test Information
Beginning in 2007, the Archdiocese of Cincinnati is changing its testing procedure. On Saturday November 22nd, 2008, all Catholic High Schools in the Cincinnati Diocese will be giving the High School Placement Test (HSPT) for a one time fee of $25. Students will have the opportunity to select their top three high school choices. We encourage students to take the test at Purcell Marian. If you choose not to take the test at Purcell Marian, you must submit your test scores to Purcell Marian in order to qualify for one of our academic scholarships. The current freshman class of Purcell Marian High School is receiving over $350,000 in academic scholarships.

If you choose to take the test at another sight, but wish to apply to Purcell Marian, you must do the following:
- Submit your test score to Purcell Marian on the day you take the test.
- PURCELL MARIAN'S TEST CODE NUMBER is 17.
- Contact the office of admissions to receive an official application to Purcell Marian.
- Complete and return the application to Purcell Marian High School
