ADMISSION SHADOWING PROGRAM

Come experience the tradition of Purcell Marian High School by scheduling a Shadow Day Visit. Shadow Visits are a great way for prospective students to discover what makes Purcell Marian the top high school choice for many Cincinnati parents and students.

Purcell Marian will host “Shadow Days” on Tuesdays and Thursdays, from September 22nd 2008 through April 2009 (excluding any Purcell Marian holidays and exam/testing days). All visits are to be scheduled at least one week in advance, by calling the Admissions Office at 513.487.3133.

Prospective students should arrive in the Purcell Marian Main Office at 7:50 AM on the day of their scheduled visit. Purcell Marian High School is located at 2935 Hackberry St. Parents please park in the Visitor’s Parking Lot (2nd driveway on your left, after turning North onto Hackberry St ). Take the side doors into the original school building. The Main Office is up one flight of steps, second door on your right.

Upon arrival, students will check in with the Purcell Marian Main Office Secretary and the Purcell Marian Shadow Host will pick up the shadow student. Shadow Hosts are sophomore, junior and senior Student Ambassadors who have been selected to guide your students through their visit.

Your student should wear his/her school uniform or a solid colored dress shirt and dress pants. Please have a lunch packed for your student, or send him/her with a few dollars to purchase food in our cafeteria. The Shadow Visit will end at 2:35 PM. Parents, please pick your students up in the Main Office (in the same location that you dropped them off in the morning) at this time.
