The Alumni Association “Cavalier Classic” annual golf outing was re-dedicated the “DJ Classic” in 2022 in memory of beloved faculty member, Dennis “DJ” Johnson.

DJ was Purcell Marian High School’s Founding Principal from 1981-1993, and a beloved member of the Purcell Marian community as a staff member from 1968-2021. He was a volunteer at the school until the time of his passing in 2021. We honor his memory and 53 years of service to our students and alumni with this annual event. Whether you’re a seasoned pro or just enjoy golfing for a good cause, mark your calendars to support Purcell Marian High School at the DJ Classic.
