Silvia has a master’s degree in teaching from Mount St. Joseph University, and undergraduate degrees in Biology and Liberal Arts, also from Mount St. Joseph. Silvia says working at Purcell Marian is a dream come true because it is the only International Baccalaureate school within the Archdiocese that is committed to educating students from a global perspective. When she is not teaching, she enjoys gardening, hiking, being outdoors, and spending time with her husband and son John. Silvia says, “I am proud to be part of a diverse team that prepares tomorrow’s leaders for the challenges of the future.”
