The Purcell Marian Board of Trustees has offered its preliminary approval of our strategic plan. They view the plan as ambitious, one that will build upon the good work already underway here at Purcell Marian, and have voiced their support for the plan.

The version of the strategic plan that received preliminary approval from the board incorporated comments, suggestions, and revisions from our town hall, board committee meetings, and numerous other sources of feedback from our community.  I want to thank all of you for your high level of engagement in this collaborative effort.

Final approval for the strategic plan is pending a document laying out the timeline, metrics, and accountability framework for the plan. The leadership team and the primary individuals responsible for each of the plan's focus areas are working on this document. The goal is to have this document completed before Thanksgiving Break.

In the meantime, we are preparing to implement the plan as soon as we receive final approval. In the coming weeks and months, you will hear more about these next steps.
