On Monday, August 19, our Strategic Planning Committee reached an important milestone with the approval of a draft of Purcell Marian’s 2025–2028 Strategic Plan.
This draft represents the culmination of months of listening and captures the vision, goals, and priorities that will guide Purcell Marian into its next chapter.
Over the next month, we will continue this collaborative process by sharing the draft with select members of our community and inviting them to share their perspectives. These conversations will help refine the plan and ensure it reflects both our mission and the aspirations of those we serve.
Once the goals and priorities are finalized, we will develop the implementation plan. This next phase will establish key performance indicators, timelines, and accountability frameworks, providing a clear roadmap for bringing our shared vision to life. Implementation is scheduled to begin in January 2026 and will guide our work through December 2028.
We are deeply grateful to every student, parent, alumni, faculty member, and partner who has contributed to this process so far. Your insights, commitment, and care for Purcell Marian are shaping a plan that will sustain and strengthen our community for years to come.
