May 6, 2020

Five Purcell Marian students had pieces selected for display in the 2020 10x10 Teen Art Expo at the Cincinnati Art Museum. Heaven McKinney '20, Jazmin Hernandez '23, Nubia Ramirez-Sanchez '23, Oliver Carson '21, and William Kirkpatrick '23 works were selected from hundreds of submissions by Cincinnati area high school artists.

Due to the museum's closure during the COVID-19 crisis, the physical exhibit was canceled. Instead, all selected pieces are currently on display in the first-ever 10x10 digital expo.

The 10x10 Teen Art Expo is a student-run exhibition to promote young artist's work. Selections were made by a panel of 10 Greater Cincinnati students. Artists were asked to create submissions based on the theme "Dreams".
