September 17, 2019

Purcell Marian High School has hired Morgan Kurtz as director of Alumni Engagement + Special Events. In this position, Kurtz will work with Director of Advancement John Schrantz and the Alumni Association leadership committee to execute major events like The Grand Event, Homecoming, Reunions, etc. and will oversee communications.

Prior to coming to Purcell Marian, Kurtz was the marketing analyst at March First Brewing & Distilling in Sycamore Township. She majored in marketing at the University of Dayton and received her bachelor’s in business administration. She is also a graduate of Bishop Fenwick High School and serves as one of their alumna ambassadors. She volunteers with Ronald McDonald House Charities of Cincinnati and has served in a variety of positions there, currently serving as membership co-chair of the YP (young professionals) group. In her free time, she loves to explore the Queen City, read, run, and listen to music.

Kurtz says she is happy to be a part of such an energized, passionate team at The Castle and is most excited to tell the stories of St. Mary’s, Regina, Purcell, Marian, and Purcell Marian alumni, connecting Cavaliers past and present.
