Mr. Ahlers brings more than 30 years of experience in Catholic education and a deep commitment to academic excellence, student formation, and mission-driven leadership. Mr. Ahlers began his career in the classroom, teaching English at Moeller High School, then returned to his alma mater, Elder High School, before joining St. Xavier High School. His experience as both an educator and administrator has equipped him with a strong understanding of curriculum development, student engagement, and faculty leadership. He holds a Master of Secondary Education from the University of Cincinnati, achieved National Board Certification for English teaching, and has completed graduate coursework in administration at Xavier University.
