Janya, Class of 2025
Receiving an integral and quality education at Purcell Marian meant more than just learning facts and formulas—it was about becoming a more thoughtful, aware, and well-rounded person.
One of the most impactful moments in my educational journey came from our English teachers, Ms. Penkalski and Ms. Welter, who constantly challenged us to think beyond textbooks and connect what we learned to the world around us. Instead of just memorizing book events, we were asked to reflect on human motivations, future plans, and the consequences of choices. This approach helped me develop a deeper respect for the dignity of others and recognize different perspectives.
