INFORMATION FOR ALL FAMILIES

Final Forms

Before your student can pick up their laptop or begin classes on August 19th, Final Forms MUST be completed. Final Forms collects the vital information we need and require from each family. Without this information, your student cannot participate.

• Both parents AND students must complete Final Forms for it to be considered complete.

• If you are having trouble logging in, please make sure you are using the correct email address. If you do not know or remember what email address you used, click "forgot email".

• INCOMING/NEW FAMILIES - You should have received a confirmation email from Final Forms. If you do not know what email is on your account or you did not receive a confirmation email, please reach out to LeTisha Mosley at lmosley@purcellmarian.org.

Lunch Account Information

WG Grinders Cafeteria Operations partners with Meal Magic for managing our lunch service software and online payments. Credit Cards are the only form of payment accepted through the online payment portal. Cash, checks (made payable to WG Grinders), and credit card deposits can be made in the cafeteria. The Family Portal for Meal Magic is very user-friendly and allows you to transfer funds between siblings, set daily spending limits, and restrict purchases of certain items.

New users will need to set up an account at https://wggrinders.familyportal.cloud/ to access lunch account information and make payments online. If you currently have an account through Family Portal, you will not need to register for a new account.

Fall Athletic Season

Fall schedules and season tickets are now live on the Purcell Marian Athletics website. Visit purcellmariancavaliers.org to stay up to date on all things Cavalier athletics - schedules, tickets, rosters.

We invite you to download our athletics app! Search "Purcell Marian Cavaliers" in the app store!

First Day of School

Wednesday, August 19

• All students report.

• C day schedule with dismissal at 2:50 pm.

Metro Bus Cards for the 2026-27 School Year

If your student had and actively used a bus card during the 2025–2026 school year, no further action is required according to CPS, unless there has been a change in address, phone number, or custody.

If your student resides within the Cincinnati Public Schools (CPS) district, please verify your address using the following link: https://croppermap.com/cincinnati/

After confirming eligibility, please email the required documents listed below to buscard@purcellmarian.org:

• A copy of your child’s birth certificate

• Proof of residency dated within the last 30 days (one of the following):

• Homeowner or renter insurance statement

• Property tax statement

• Gas, electric, or water bill (cable and telephone bills are not accepted)

• Mortgage statement or rental agreement

• Federal or state income tax return

Please ensure all documents are current and clearly legible.

INFORMATION FOR NEW FAMILIES

New Parent Orientation

Tuesday, August 4, 2026

• Parents of incoming freshmen and transfer students are required to attend New Parent Orientation. We will hold two orientation sessions for parents on August 4, 2026.
  • Session 1: 8 am-9 am
  • Session 2: 6 pm-7 pm
• This orientation is designed to ensure you have the important information to support your child’s success at Purcell Marian and to answer any questions you may have.

Transfer Orientation 

Monday, August 17

• 8 am

• Required for all incoming transfers.

Freshman Orientation 

Tuesday August 18

• Required for all incoming freshmen.

• Arrive by 7:45 am.

  • Orientation starts promptly at 7:50 am with dismissal at 3 pm

• Students must be dressed in uniform (see guidelines on pages 53-54 of the Student Handbook.

  • Lunch is provided.
